Cut up three bananas into coins and lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet. then i mix 1/2 cup pb and 1/4 cup coconut flour (protein powder would be good here too!). add pb mixture to one side of banana coin and top with another banana coin. freeze 1 hour. then melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave. dip half in and freeze at least 30 min! store in freezer or fridge.🤤

Back in the day I did a recipe similar to this using the chocolate @premierprotein, but since they released a cinnamon roll flavor I figured I’d give you guys an updated version!

Oh, and did I mention it’s KETO FRIENDLY! I know I don’t have a lot of keto recipes so this should help some of you out!

✅HOW TO CREATE✅
•
1️⃣Pour 4 oz cold brew concentrate into a glass
2️⃣Pour one pack of cinnamon roll #premierprotein into the cold brew
That’s pretty much it! If you want to step your game up, add some non fat whipped cream and cinnamon sugar sprinkles on top.

IF YOU’RE ON THE GO:
If you don’t have time to make it at home, just order 2-4 shots of espresso over ice, then pour your premier protein shake on top!

There you have it, a super easy way to add some protein to your coffee without sacrificing taste or calories!

💫 QUICK & EASY BAKED HUEVOS RANCHEROS 💫 Finally, getting in the kitchen to make myself a quick & easy breakfast. Nowhere to go these days, so huevos rancheros at home. Miss dining out! 😊

RECIPE INGREDIENTS (serves 1 at a time):
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup @sietefoods red enchilada sauce
• 1-2 tbsp black beans
• 1-2 tbsp chopped red onions
• 2 @vitalfarms eggs
• sliced jalapeño to taste
• 1/4 cup Mexican cheese (more if you like)
• chopped cilantro to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat pan on low medium heat. No need to add oil. Pour enchilada sauce. Once hot, add black beans and onions. No need to stir.
2. Crack 2 eggs. Add sliced jalapeños.
3. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. I like my eggs NOT runny. If you prefer runny eggs, then cook for 3-4 mins.
4. Once done, remove lid. Top with cheese and cilantro. Once cheese melts. You’re done. 
5. Top eggs over baked (or fried) tostada. Spoon the sauce all over. You can also use soft tortillas. Enjoy! 😊

There are some people who believe that if you eat carbs after a certain time at night, usually 6 or 8 PM, it’s all going to be stored as fat 🤔⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This isn’t true. Calories in food do NOT change after a certain time. 100 calories are 100 calories no matter the time of the day 😁⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Eating carbs at night will not make you fat, unless you constantly end up eating too much (too many calories) 😬

Literally just eat the food 😬 Enjoy it. Move on with your day. You're body is literally bleeding for a week straight, do you need to add guilt and shame the equation? Not to mention everything else that is going on in the world. There are other things we can do with the energy spent stressing about food 🥵⁣

You may crave chocolate, you may crave a sandwich with some thick bread, you may crave a salad! Who knows. But what we do know is that when we deny ourselves of something, the urge gets stronger💪🏼⁣

Your body is SOOO SMART - you can literally GROW A HUMAN IN YOUR BODY AND THEN FEED THAT HUMAN WITH YOUR BODY. You don't need my permission or anyones permission to eat. Period.

My personal favorite is the portobella pizza but all of these are great fun options you can make at home. Get crazy with it and add some fun toppings of choice! Info below:

🍕Bell pepper pizza - 1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese + 2 broccoli florets.
⁣⠀
🍕Portable pizza - 1/2 Portabella mushroom cap, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, 2 basil leaves, 1 olive cut into slices.
⁣⠀
🍕Zucchini pizza boats - 1/2 zucchini, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mixed cheese, 2 cherry tomatoes.
⁣⠀
🍕Rice cake pizza - 1 rice cake, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 basil leaves, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
⁣⠀
🍕Pita pizza - 1 medium pita, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, 2 basil leaves + 3 cherry tomatoes.

🍕Pizza pizza - Ordered from the doughroom haha Because sometimes you can treat yourself to a damn real pizza.

🍕How to cook the veggie pizzas:
1 - Preheat oven to 350F.
2 - Scoop out the inside of the mushroom, bell pepper or zucchini boat (you can cook the bell pepper or zucchini in oven before adding toppings or add toppings then cook if you don’t need it well done. Mushroom you can add the toppings right away & cook) 
3 - Add 1/4 cup marinara, toppings & cheese
4 - Bake in oven for about 10 minutes then enjoy!

The easiest way to cook sweet potatoes? In the Instant Pot! After several Instant Pot sweet potato fails, I realized that one cook time does NOT fit all. I tested a LOT of sweet potatoes of all different shapes and sizes and share cook times for them based on the width of the sweet potato in this blog post! Now you can have perfect and fluffy sweet potatoes each and every time 🙌
