Workout of the Month consists of…
- 2 workouts a week via my app – workouts last about 20-25 minutes (8 total workouts each month)
- access to me 24/7 with questions
- access to community of fellow workout of the month club members
- track progress with exercises
- track personal progress with before and after pictures, weight, & measurements
Home or gym version available:
Gym workouts have equipment seen at the gym & home workouts will use dumbbells and a resistance band.
Each month will deliver a 8 new workouts right to your phone via my app. Every workout will have videos of the exercises with written instructions attached. You have the choice to sign up for gym version or home version of the workouts and you change that each month if you want. You also have the ability to track your before and after photos, weight, and measurements in the app to help track your progress. Also access to me with questions via app and access to a community of like-minded friends.
All of this for only $20 per month!
I am creating this program because when you reach the age of 30 years old you start to lose 6% muscle mass each decade if you are not actively strength training. I want you to keep building strength in your body and let the confidence shine on the outside.
This program Starts week of April 29th, 2019.
This membership can be cancelled for the next month by the 15th of the month you are currently in.
