Center Your Mind, Body & Soul with our Quick Yoga Pose Reference.

As awesome as it would be for everyone to have a set time each day for an amazing yoga session, we all know in reality, life does not always permit it. However if you have any time in the day and would like to center yourself I have to put together a few poses that flow well together and hopefully will do just the trick! Be mindful that yoga poses are great, however the key to it being successful is conscious breathing. One form of breathing that can be used is Ujjayi (pronounced oo-jai). Ujjayi is done by inhaling and exhaling through the nose; both should be equal in duration. This breathing style creates an ocean like sound and helps with centering the mind, body and soul.
